Health Brands are subject to a 25% restocking fee
when returned or exchanged. All
Popular brands are subject to a 10%
restocking fee when returned or exchanged. Refunds will be credited to the total purchase,
however shipping charges will be incurred by the
sender i.e. customer. No
returns nor exchange can be made for commercial
massage chairs. Exemptions to returns are merchandise damaged
by the customer where responsibility lies on the
consumer to rectify the problem. Saunas
and Massagers
Massagers and Saunas are 30-Day
Money Back Guarantee. There are no return can be
made after 30 day from the receive date.
Customers
are responsible for all shipping costs.
Bidets
and Toilets
For
federal hygienic regulations, we can only accept
bidets made before installation and unused junction
valve. Toilets are non-refundable!
Mattress,
Mattress Topper and Pillows
Refunds
will be credited to the total purchase within
30-days, however shipping charges will be incurred
by the sender i.e. customer. Open Items are not
returnable.
